She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Junior Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Judy Sue Warren Lewis; and her siblings, Tim Lewis (Alice), Tami Robison (Justin), Heidi Lewis, Holli Lewis and Amber Lewis. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
