He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertrand Swain and Fern Gerber. He is survived by: his wife Karma; and his children, Monte Swain (Shannon), Scott Swain (Leann), Kalene Mathews (Bryan), Trent Swain (Janette), JaNae Hakes (Darin), Eric Swain (Stacie), Megan Coxson (Aaron) and Jefferson Keith.
