He is survived by: his father Larry Evans (Lana); his sons, Gentry Evans and Dylan Evans; his mother Melody Penrod (Dale); his grandmother Martha Knotts; and his siblings, Darcey Evans (Nicole), Robin Mackey (Kim) and Harmony Sandberg.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary Chapel (49 E 100 N, American Fork, UT 84003). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
