He is survived by: his sister Gay Blize; his wife Jacqueline Fisher of American Fork; and his children, Lori Fisher, Geoff Fisher, Matt Fisher, Kristen Keller and Ben Fisher. He is also survived by spouses, and eight grandchildren.
