He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Hoggard and Kathryn Holindrake Hoggard; his grandparents, Emma Boley Holindrake, Earnest and Martha Proctor Hoggard (Mattie); his siblings, Sheila Wolf and Sheldon Wolf; his children, Jeffery Bruce Hoggard, Lori Ann Hoggard Pratt (David), Katie Marie Hoggard Burton (Garrett) and Jason Max Hoggard (Emily); his grandfather Vern Holindrake; his wife Terree; his son Jeff (Vicki); and his stepsiblings, Sheldon Wolf and Sheila Wolf.
