He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Longenette; his sister Fawn; his stepfather Shad Longenette; and his brother Dennis Benson. He is survived by: his sister Bambi; his significant other Suzann; and his children, Nichole Cook, Stacey Owen (James) and Brayden Cook (Casey). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary American Fork Chapel (49 E 100 N, American Fork, UT 84003). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
