He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Carter and Carol Carter. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Esplin (Jason) of Scottsdale, AZ and Tysen Carter (Wendy) of Bountiful, UT; his siblings, Greg Carter (Kim) and Linda Larsen; and his grandchildren, Hagen, Ainsley, Kinley, Hadley, Hudson, Gracie, Grant and Graham.
