She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilton and Memphis Myers Liddell; her husband Harold; her siblings, Hana Winn, Loraine Clair, Barbara Oviatt, Lelia Wallace, Thomas Wilton and Helen Faddis; and her children-in-law, Jamela Johnson and Michael Walton.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis; her grandchildren, Phyllis Walton, Beverly Prestwich (Thomas), Gwenn Davis (Alma) of Mesa, Arizona, Carl Johnson (Karen) and Paul Johnson (Julie); and her close friend Glendy Crosby. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her foundation for music was 26 music lessons when she was young.
