She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Kinsey and Pearl Mitchell Kinsey; her siblings, Harold Kinsev (Beth), Ralph Kinsey (Melba), Ray Kinsey (Rose), Elva, Eva Christensen and Della James Dahl; her husband Rick Guinn; her daughter Sherry Lynn Clark; and her grandchildren, Mandy, Amanda Carroll, Tiffany Nichols and Cory Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Polly Thompson (Shawn) of Orem, UT and Johnny Nichols (Yvette) of Lyman, WY; her grandchildren, Rob, Preston, Tasha, Toya, Tawnya, Jessica, Bryant, Tyson, Kyle and Felicia; and also Rick Guinn. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
