She was predeceased by: her siblings, Rodney, Maxine, Coleen, Jack, Rudy, Mildred, Tilford, Sherry and Gwendlyn UncaSam.

She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Checora, Sr. and Quincy UncaSam. She is also survived by one granddaughter and two great grandchildren.
