She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldred Beesley Coles and Edith Flory Coles Silcox; her son Clint Matthew; her son-in-law Kevin Waters; and her great grandchildren, Haylee Ann Waters, Stetson Lee Fraughton and Magnolia Bee Fraughton.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin; and her children, Douglas Coles Laycock (Cathy), Sheri Lyn Fraughton (Travis), Lori Waters-Jones and Kristy Qualls (John). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
