He was predeceased by: his brother Jake. He is survived by: his parents, Dave and Tori of Alpine, UT; his siblings, Josh Spainhower (Ashley) of Kuna, ID and McCall Johnson (Spencer) of Mapleton, UT; his close friend Stephanie Mateer; and also, Madelyn, Hadley and Jones Purcell of Sandy, UT..
