With solemn reverence, we commemorate Ann Van Woerkom of Alpine, Utah, whose life came to an end on April 19, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ronald Van Woerkom; her children, Scott Van Woerkom (Amy), Richard Van Woerkom (Katherine), Daniel Van Woerkom (Amber), Douglas Van Woerkom (Amy) and Sarah Van Woerkom; her parents, Walter Fowler and Manita Fowler; and her brother Roger.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Alpine West Stake Center Chapel (327 Long Dr, Alpine, UT 84004). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the Ogden City Cemetery (602 20th St, Ogden, UT 84401).
