He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Ruby Howard; his wife Bobbie Howard; his siblings, Inez Morrow and JD Howard; and his granddaughter Stephanie Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Moore (Kirby) of Star, Tommy Howard (Rhonda) of Early, David Howard (Mary) of Zephyr and Steve Howard (Laura) of Santa Anna; his grandchildren, Mike Moore, Kim Dove (Moore), Amy Green (Howard), Jennifer McCoy (Howard), Brittany Howard, Samantha Howard, Andrea Howard, Nathan Howard, Jared Howard and Justin Howard; and his great grandchildren, Kiley Dove, Kayden Dove, Emily Green, Aaron Green, Lily Green, Auggie Green, Braydon McCoy, Elliott McCoy, Sawyer Howard and Sutton Howard. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
