He was predeceased by: his wife Verna; his son Michael; his parents, Frank and Zora; his siblings, Darwin Moore, Marjorie Gibson, Helen Vance and Doris Neiderman; and his son-in-law Thomas Higgs.

He is survived by: his children, Ronald Snow (Fern) of Zephyr, TX, Thomas Snow of Moriarty, NM and Christell Higgs of Moriarty, NM. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to one's charity of choice.
