He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chesser and Joyce Chesser; his wife Elisa Marie Stevens; and his brother John W. Chesser. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Ballard of Zephyr and Courtney Neal of Zephyr; his grandchildren, Marshall Ballard of Stephenville, Tripp Ballard, Preston Neal of Zephyr, Tymbyr Ballard of Zephyr, Haley Perez (Anthony) of Honolulu, Caitlin Robinson of Port Neches and Kinley Neal of Zephyr; and his great grandchildren, Joaquin Perez, Apollo Perez of Honolulu and Beckham Robinson of Port Neches.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests that donations can be made to Democrat Community Center.
