He is survived by: his wife Cheri McDonald of Zavalla, Texas; his son Casey McDonald (Jessica) of Iowa, Louisiana; his brother John Wayne McDonald, Jr. (Jean) of Greenwood, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Emily McDonald, Cole McDonald and Avery McDonald.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Starr Funeral Home (510 starr St, Hemphill, TX 75948).
