He was predeceased by: his parents, Earline Bohler Bryan and Doyle Chester Bryan, Sr.; and his daughter Patience Bryan. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Bryan (Melissa) of Silsbee and Doyle Fellar Bryan (Randall) of Warren; and his siblings, Sheila White, Eva Phillips, Shanna Anderson, Delbert Bryan and Keith Bryan. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
