He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Risco Tinsley and Ramonia Elaine Curry Tinsley; his wife Christine Tinsley of Zavalla; his children, Kevin D. Garner (Angel) of North Carolina, William "Billy" J. Tinsley (Melanie) of Springfield, Illinois, Susan Shelabarger (Tim) of Springfield, Margaret Snow (Curt) of Springfield and LaDonna McClarahan (Tod) of Rockdale, TX; his stepchildren, Martin Rumsey of Delavan, Illinois and Tamra Bokal (A. J.) of Medford, Oregon; and his sisters, Delores Klein of Prentice, Illinois and Vonnie Bailey of Prentice, Illinois. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
