He is survived by: his children, Vicente Chavez (Patricia), Carlos Chavez (Claudia), Pedro Francisco Chavez, Florencia Chavez (Juan Fernandez), Maria Susana Chavez and Viviana Chavez; his grandchildren, Fernanda Perez (Joel), Stephanie Delgado (Christopher), Carlos Chavez, Jr., Juan Sebastian Chavez, Sophia Chavez, Fabiola Garcia (Hector), Juan Daniel Fernandez (Ruby), Jose Humberto Fernandez, Jesus Alexis Fernandez, Jose Victor Chavez, Jr., Henry Chavez, Bryan Chavez, Mauricio Chavez and Francis Chavez; his great grandchildren, Carolina J. Perez, Joel Perez, Jr. and Melanie Fernandez; and his siblings, Issac Chavez, Pedro Chavez, Elias Chavez, Israel Chavez, Petra Chavez and Maria Chavez. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
