Garcia and Roberto "Bobby" Garcia; his mother Maria Del Carmen M.; his siblings, Roberto Jr. Alvarez (Marina), Rene Eli Alvarez (Maria Adela S.), Ruben A. Alvarez (Crystal H.), Rodemiro E. Alvarez and Rosario I. Garcia (Omar, Jr.); and his brothers-in-law, Jaime A. Gonzalez (Rina R.) and Daniel A. Gonzalez (Abigail M.). He was also cherished by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
