He is survived by: his wife Lydia Elizondo; his children, Kelly, Ocampo Jr. Elizondo, Rafael Alfaro (Doris), Maribel Alfaro, Tomas Alfaro (Lily), Jose Alfaro (Amy), David A. Alfaro and Miguel Angel Alfaro; and his siblings, Ovidio Elizondo (Margarita), Homero Elizondo (Marta), America E. Hooks and Omar Elizondo (Alma). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
