We bid farewell to Ninfa G. Cuellar in Zapata, Texas, born in Falfurrias, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 31, 2024 at the age of 89. Ninfa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ricardo Gonzalez and Felipa Dias; her husband Nicasio Eloy Cuellar; and her children, Diana Cuellar and Eloy Cuellar.
She is survived by: her children, Gavid, Luis Cuellar, Jorge Cuellar (Roxy) of Zapata, Esmeralda Saldivar (Luis) of Idaho, Irma Burauto (Ismael), Anna Juarez (Joe) and Elma Perez of Zapata; and her daughter-in-law Enelda V Cuellar of Freer. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (1610 Hidalgo Blvd, Zapata, TX 78076). A procession was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
