She was predeceased by: her husband Mario Garza; her parent Juventino Martinez (Josefina); and her sons, Mario Garza, Jr. and Juventino Garza. She is survived by: her daughters, Marta Garza (Wesley McMeans), Dr. Minerva Garcia (Louis) and Dr. Marissa Charles (Paul). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many friends.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, the services will be for immediate family and friends. The family kindly asks those wishing to express condolences in person to wear face masks and maintain social distancing recommendations.
