She was predeceased by: her husband Eliud Alaniz; and her sons, Eliud Alaniz, Jr. and Roel Alaniz. She is survived by: her children, Edna Guzman (Roberto), Emede Alaniz, Romeo Alaniz (Guadalupe), Maribel Peña (Sergio), Nelda and Uriel Alaniz (Norma). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
