He is survived by: his wife Enedelia V. Garcia; his children, Manuel M. Garcia Jr. (San Juanita), Refugio Garcia (C. G. Ann), Daniel Mercado, Roberto A. Salinas (Katherine), Maricela Garcia (Bernardo), Cynthia Y. Salinas (Roy), Laura S. Flores (Javier), Myriam Garcia (Arturo) and Maritza Herrera (Charlie); his siblings, Juan Garcia (Hortencia) and Rosa Nelia; and his sisters-in-law, Micaela Garcia and Viola Garcia. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 42 greatgrandchildren, numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
