He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose T. and Francisca Sanchez; his granddaughter Perla Y. Obregon; and his sisters, Irma Rendon (Reymundo) and Alicia Sanchez.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda G. Sanchez; his children, Jose R., Emilio J. Sanchez (Nelda), Cesar O. Sanchez (Maria), Mario A. Sanchez (San Juana), Osiel G. Sanchez, Juan G. Sanchez (Marla Karina), Amanda G. and Valadez; his siblings, Maurilio Sanchez (Julia) and Maria Marta Sanchez; and also, Hector M. Sanchez and Rene. He is also survived by grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
