He was predeceased by: his wife Alicia Emma Gutierrez; and his parents, Guadalupe Gutierrez and Lucia Gutierrez. He is survived by: his children, Guadalupe Gutierrez, III (Rebecca), Jorge Roel Gutierrez (Carmen), Julian Javier Gutierrez (Hortencia), Crisella Gutierrez (Jose Delgado) and Iris Gutierrez (Miguel Villarreal); his grandchildren, Jose Luis Delgado, Jr. (Arian), Jorge Roel Gutierrez, II, Alicia Marie Gutierrez, Xavier Rene Delgado, Raquel Selena Gutierrez, Guadalupe Gutierrez, IV, Lorena Gutierrez, Sergio Antonio Gutierrez, Julian Javier Gutierrez, II, Miguel Riquerio Villarreal and Antonio Javier Gutierrez; his great grandchildren, Elena Madeline Cantu and Penelope Briseis Cantu; and his siblings, Rolando Gutierrez (Graciela), Jesus M., Fernando Gutierrez (Ana Maria), Abelardo Gutierrez (Amalia), Alberto A. Gutierrez (Irasema), Miroslava Gutierrez, Patricia Benavidez (Mario), Esmeralda Garcia (Rafael) and Maria Dolores. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.
