He was predeceased by: his wife Elva C. Mendoza; his parents, Amador Mendoza and Petra Mendoza; and his sister Teresa Cuellar (Enrique). He is survived by: his children, Javier A. Mendoza (Irma), Gerald G. Mendoza (Carol), Anthony Mendoza (Leslie), Cynthia Aldrich (David), Norma J. Camacho (Francisco), Lydia Mendoza, Angela Granada (Fabian) and Marta Palma; and his siblings, Antonio and Lydia. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
