He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel Peña and Estela Peña; and his brother Oscar J. Peña. He is survived by: his siblings, Ezequiel Peña (Diana R.), Jose Arnoldo Peña (Lubette), Juan Peña and Laura E. Rezendiz; and his sister-in-law Martha A. Peña. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
