William Melanson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2020, at the age of 89, William Melanson of Yorktown, Texas, born in Ouray, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leslie and Jessie Merling Melanson; and his son Kenneth Dean Melanson. He is survived by: his wife Reola May; his children, Mona Palmer (Sam) of Montrose, CO, Glenda Melanson (Jim) of Baldwin City, KS and Monte Melanson (Lee Ann) of Delta, CO; his grandchildren, Mark Palmer, Lisa Searcy, Jessica Nakai (Jacob), Mason and Paul Mullen; and his great grandchildren, Samona, Trissa Searcy and Jemma Nakai. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
