It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verlie Yoast of Yorktown, Texas, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Gus Riemenschneider and Meta Friedrichs Riemenschneider; her husband Charles Yoast; her children, Ronald Koenig and Debra Danysh; and her siblings, Charles, Leory, Adolph, Dixon Riemenchneider, Ailene Reitz, Gladys Finto, Lou Gruetzmacher and Ruby Stearns.
She is survived by: her sister Virginia Potcinski; her children, Linda Duderstadt (Allen), Kenneth Koenig (Lisa), Michael Koenig, Charlotte Smith and Bill Yoast; and her grandchildren, Robin Knipling (Pat), Marshall Moore (Kay), Chris Danysh, Brandy Danysh, Jeff Koenig (Alicia), Ryan Koenig, Plenty Williamson (Allan), Astin Perez, Alicia Smith, Jeremy Smith, Nikole Smith, David Smith, Joshua Smith, Jodi Yoast (Celina), Joshua Yoast and Missy Yoast. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren, in addition to numerous nieces, nephews and many other special family members and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's Lutheran Church or the Weesatche Cemetery.
