He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Ramon Rios of San Antonio, Richard Rios of Yorktown, Lupe Joe Rios of Yorktown, Nancy Hernandez of California, Peggy Garza of Runge, Adela Rios of Three Rivers, Margie Rios of Yorktown, Debbie Rios of Yorktown and Alice Rios of Yorktown; and his siblings, Robert, Eugene, Ismael, Gloria, Yolanda, Julia and Sylvia. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren.
