She is survived by: her sons, Joseph and Chris Capak; her grandchildren, Christopher Capak (Sarah), Joshua Capak (Erica), William Capak, Sean Capak (Aimee), Samantha Dubroc (Ben) and Jessica Capak; and her great grandchildren, Molly, Julian, Lily, Michael, Adaline, Alyssa, Bryson, Mason and Joseph. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
