He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Oliver and Maybelle Langum Oliver; his grandmother Sally Lott Langum; and his siblings, Julia Mae Oliver, Stella McGarity, Effie Cummings, Willie Williams, Alvin Langum and Paul Langum.
He is survived by: his brother Alton Oliver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
