He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Waggoner; his wife Carol Waggoner; and his son Peter Waggoner. He is survived by: his mother Lila June Holland Waggoner; and his siblings, Patricia Gracey, David Waggoner and William Waggoner.
Due to the covid health situation the family will have a private graveside.
