He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Salge; his children, James Burt Jr. (Tiffany), Jamie Osborne and Melisa Denson; his grandchildren, Erin Burt, Drake Cates, Dayne Burt, Bryanna Barefield (Erin), Cody Osborne, Eli Osborne, RJ Elliott and Kimberly Guerrero (Larry); and his siblings, Barbara Everett, Kathy Barnhardt and Donnie Burt. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
