She was predeceased by: her parents, Ascension Torres and Claudina Rodriguez Torres; her husband Toribio Alvarez; her son Ramon Alvarez; her son-in-law Pedro Gonzales Jr.; and her siblings, Juana Gonzales, Manuela Torres, Jose Rodriguez, Pedro Conde, Tiburcio Garza, Pablo, Guadalupe, Ascension, Jacinto and Domingo Torres.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Gonzales, Claudina Alvarez (Danny) of Yorktown, Ascension "Chon" Alvarez (Mackey) of George West and Israel Alvarez of Lockhart; and her daughter-in-law Gloria Alvarez of Yorktown. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
