He is survived by: his wife Linda Rios; his children, Rachel Guerrero (Mark) and Eugene Jr. Rios; his grandchildren, Laycee Kay Mariscal (Victor), Esten Vae Rios, Mark Anthony Guerrero, Rainley Kay Rios, Baylee Kay Guerrero, Payslee Kay Guerrero, Devlin Dean Rios-Bemis, Raulie Gene Rios-Bemis and Khloe Rose Rios-Bemis; and his great grandchild Anilah Armstrong.
