He is survived by: his wife Olga Rodriguez Rios; his children, Erasmo Rios Jr, Mario Rios, Corina Rios Carlisle, Norma Rios, Noe Rios, Ruben Rios, Yvonne Rios, Michael Rios and Cynthia Rios; and his siblings, Ismael Rios, Lupe Rios, Eugene Rios Sr, Robert Rios, Yolanda Rios, Sylvia Rios and Julia Rios. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
