Elizabeth Schulze Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2024, at the age of 74, Elizabeth Schulze of Yorktown, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elizabeth Schulze to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Barrett and Isabella Nelson Barrett; her husband Marvin Schulze; her parents-in-law, Liebert and Elenora Schulze; her brother-in-law William Rountree; and her niece Margaret Brazell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leigh Ann Kennedy (Toby) of Friendswood, TX and Denise Schulze of Yorktown, TX; her grandchildren, Mitchell Kennedy, Courtney Schulze, Aaron Saunders, Katie Williams (Landry), Hunter Loos and Brayden Kennedy; her sister Ann Rountree of Kerrville, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Carol and Normie Buehring of Tupelo, MS. She is also survived by her niece, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Massey Funeral Home (779 N Riedel St, Yorktown, TX 78164). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery (222 N Gohmert St, Yorktown, TX 78164).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Yorktown EMS, Yorktown Fireman's Association, or a charity of your choice.
