She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Cantu and Sarah Cantu; her former husband Obigilio Rios Sr.; her husband Bonificio Torres; her sons, Obigilio Rios Jr, Genaro Rios Sr., Santiago Rios (Jimmy) and David Rodriguez; and her siblings, Pauline Gonzales, Sandra Campa, Josie Ledesma and Simon Cantu.
She is survived by: her children, Elix Rios (Martina), Tony Rios, Eugene Rios (Sophia), Jamie Garcia (Melissa), Adam Torres, Rosie Weise (Roy), Rita Rios (Melinda), Debra Flores and Eva Barefield (Ralph); her daughters-in-law, Dominga Rios, Rosalinda Rios and Andrea Rios; and her siblings, Janie Winkleman, Mary Sandoval and William Martinez. She is also survived by many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, many great-great-grandchildren numerous nieces, nephews.
