She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Soliz; and her son Lee Cordaway. She is survived by: her mother Emilia Cavazos Soliz; her children, Ariel Cordaway, Pete Cordaway, Michael Soliz and Angel Soliz; her siblings, Julie Bentura and Benito Soliz; and her caregiver Yvonne Rios. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
