He is survived by: his spouse MayDell Gerbert; his children, Gary Jacob (Debbie) and Wanda Hays (Pat); his grandchildren, Tristan Hays, Dillan Jacob (Melissa) and Hunter Jacob; and his siblings, Patty Pantel (Benny), Janice Jacob, Darwin Jacob (Barbara) and Kenny Jacob (Sylvia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
