We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2021, at the age of 74, Billy Franke of Yorktown, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Franke and Ella Mae Franke (Luder); and his great grandchild Caden Reynolds. He is survived by: his children, Robert Franke (Peggy), Michael Franke (Susan), Randy Franke (Shannon), Dr. Larry Franke (Brianna), Lynnda Kirchoff (William) and Larissa Niemeier (Brent); and his sisters, Helen Logeman (Ted) and Faye Boerm. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
