He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Moreno and Soledad Moreno (Robledo). He is survived by: his children, Nancy Moreno of San Antonio, Pamela Matamoros (Efren) of Harlingen, William Moreno (Linda) of Corpus Christi, Michael Moreno of Austin and Dennis Moreno (Jocabeth) of San Antonio; and his sister Mary Martinez of Yoakum. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
