He was predeceased by: his parents, John Granger Chapman and Norma Elsie Pickard Chapman; and his grandparents, Robert Albert Pickard and Angela Ramos Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Louella Franks Chapman; his children, Colton Chapman (Sarah), Kevin Chapman and Siobhan Chapman Palmquist (Neil); and his siblings, Sean, Tad Chapman and Vicki Chapman Martinez. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, many loving friends.
