He is survived by: his wife Cathy Nedbalek Halbison; his children, Rebecca Rendon (Christopher) of Victoria and Jarrod Halbison (Anne) of Yoakum; his grandchildren, Kirslynn Rendon, Christian Rendon, Aubrina Rendon, Ashlee Egan and Abbygail Halbison; and his brothers, Boyce Halbison of Van Vleck and James Halbison of Van Vleck.
