He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Foxell and Estelle Bishop Foxell; and his brothers, John Foxell, Bobby Joe Foxell and Douglas Foxell.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Marshall Foxell; his sister Mary Jean Witte (Johnny); and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Neill, Nina Martin and Everett Marshall (Carrie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
