She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlesly Armstrong and Myrtle B. Denmon (Elam); her son Jamar Hopkins; and her siblings, Georgia Armstrong and Timothy Armstrong.
She is survived by: her children, Treven Hopkins, Michael Hopkins, Ricky Burden and Jazzman Burden; and her siblings, Carolyn F. Armstrong, Geraline Armstrong, Ray Armstrong, Carlesly Armstrong and Randall Armstrong (Cynthia). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Thiele Cooper Funeral Home (1477 Carl Ramert Dr, Yoakum, TX 77995).
